Amie Devero is the Founder and President of Solutions 4 Cities (S4C). Prior to launching S4C, Amie was the President of RingGo, the US subsidiary of UK phone parking market leader Cobalt Telephone Technologies, and prior to that she was the General Manager of iControl Mobile Payment Systems. Currently, Amie sits on the Steering Committee of the US Conference of Mayors Business Council, the International Parking Association Technology Committee, is a multi-year member and former Director of the Rotary Club of Tampa and participates in numerous other charitable and civic causes.
Earlier in her career Amie was a management consultant for over 20 years, specializing in strategy and organizational transformation. In her years as a management consultant, she was principal consultant and developed most of the intellectual property used on engagements to such organizations as Boeing, Bayer, Air Jamaica, US Special Forces, The US Coast Guard Drug Interdiction Task Force, The Tampa Bay Lightning, The Caribbean National Bank, Pilgrim Software and many others as well as to various municipalities around the US and Great Britain.She is the author of the book Powered by Principle, still available today and used in many business colleges.
Amie was educated at Bennington College, Harvard University and holds 2 Master’s degrees, one of which is from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Gloria comes to Solutions4Cities with 30 years in marketing, marketing communications and advertising. She owned full-service regional advertising agencies, and has been recognized with client industry awards for program creativity and results-based success. Prior to joining S4C, Gloria was responsible for the marketing of both iControl Mobile, then RingGo pay by cell services. She propelled a newcomer in the market to top standing, gaining tremendous brand recognition amongst cities and parking operators, resulting in extremely fast growth in client locations. Moreover, her innovative approach to consumer marketing led to extraordinary acceptance by customers of the use of leading edge technology for the traditional activity of paying for parking. Her innovation in reaching customers through community centers of influence has been imitated widely by others in the parking technology industry.
As a consultant, Gloria created internal marketing and sales and customer service training for call centers primarily in the financial services field. She was educated at the University of Florida and the University of South Florida and holds certifications from the American Marketing Association.
